Description:The Administrative Assistant provides administrative assistance/clerical support to Human Resources, while supporting the organization's mission, vision and values.
Duties:Payroll/Bonus Entry Employment verification Reporting ADP entry Check distribution Process confidential matters Support the property manager in HR functions New Employee Entry
Qualifications:Requirements:
Training/Education
  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • College degree or three years administrative experience.
  • Must be able to type 75 wpm
  • Excellent technological skills - Microsoft Products, i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment
    Familiarity with ADP PayExpert, HRB and EZLabor preferred but not required. Experience
  • 3+ years of previous administrative experience including answering phones
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks
  • Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of swtichboard and office equipment such as copiers and fax machines
    Special Requirements
  • Ability to lift approximately 20-30 pounds
